Delivery

When you order a golf product at JCO Sports before 1pm, we will try and dispatch it, the same day. If the product is ordered after 1pm, it will be dispatched the following working day. Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

JCO Sports offers fair delivery prices to locations all over the world. If you live in the UK, you can expect your parcel within 2-5 working days. Europe and Rest of the World is usually 4-7days depending upon your location.

JCO Sports uses the following couriers to make sure your sports equipment gets to you safely and on time.

• Fastway Couriers (most addresses in England)
• Royal Mail
• DHL
• UPS

The courier we choose to send your goods depends on size and weight of the product, and how quickly you need the sports equipment to reach you.

Returns

JCO Sports offers a 14 day returns policy. To make a return, simply log into your JCO Sports account that you created with us when you purchased your product, and click on the my account tab and follow the simple on screen instructions.

As outlined in the terms and conditions, all goods must be returned to us, brand new, not worn, and with tags so we can resell them again. If however, your product is faulty and comes with a manufacturers warrenty, then please contact the manfacturer direct.

The customer is liable for costs the post the product back to us, and it is the customers responsibilty to ensure the product arrives to us safely and securely.

If product is returned within 14 days, then JCO Sports will happily refund the value of the product, minus postage, via the original method of payment. If the product is returned after 14days, then an exchange or credit note will be sent in replacement.
